What is a Music Reward?

A Music Reward gives your consumer complimentary access to music. By redeeming an e-Reward from a rewards website, or by visiting the website address from a plastic card they received, entering the Reward Code and following the on-screen instructions, your consumer can stream and download her favorite song(s) via her phone and computer.

What are your Download Rewards about?

Our Amplified Rewards store, available at AmplifiedRewards.com, offers the consumer millions of songs to choose from. From yesterday’s coolest catalogs to today’s hottest hits, we empower your consumer with choice. Consumers redeem their reward code and are then able to search the site, preview song clips, and download the value that their reward code provided. Music can be enjoyed on any mobile device instantaneously (no app necessary), as well as on a PC or MAC, where the consumer may download the MP3s from her “Music Locker” and sync them with iTunes.

What are your Streaming Subscription Rewards about?

Our Amplified Subscriptions are explained at www.amplified.com, offering the consumer well-curated and reasonably-priced on-demand subscription channels via our Amplified app for iOS and Android. Each channel is its own eco-system, and as such, would be uniquely priced for any reward program and promotion. Is the music safe and legal?

Absolutely! All MP3s in the Amplified Rewards music download store, as well as in Amplified Subscriptions, are safe from spyware and 100% legally licensed from the publishers and record companies.

Can the music files be imported into iTunes®?

At the Amplified Rewards download stores, yes. Once downloaded, users can easily transfer the downloaded MP3 file by importing the songs directly into the iTunes library. From there, the song can be played directly from iTunes and can be played on any iTunes compatible device, or burned to CD.

Does the music library contain explicit songs?

If the record label categorizes an album or track to be explicit, it is not offered in our music library.

What countries are music promotions available for?

Our services are only available for use within the United States and Canada at the moment. Select catalogs are available globally and /or can be cleared for specific countries. Is there an expiration date on reward cards?

Yes. The standard expiration date is one year from the date your order ships. Extended expiration dates are available at an additional cost.

Monetary gift cards, which are optional within our service, may carry a longer term or may not expire, depending on client’s state and needs.

What happens if users need assistance redeeming their rewards?

We offer access to an online support desk on the redemption website, and promptly reply to consumer inquiry tickets via email.

How are music reward cards printed?

Music Reward Cards are printed with your custom artwork on the front of the card in full color, CMYK process. The back of the card is black and white and contains the redemption instructions. Cards are normally printed on .30 mil plastic laminate (this can vary based on your budget in large volume orders). This is the same thickness as a standard credit card. Additional materials, shapes, and sizes are available upon request.

What is the turnaround time to produce Music Download Cards?

Standard turnaround is 10 business days from proof approval. Rush services may be available.

Do we have to use plastic cards to distribute Music Rewards?

No. The Reward Code and instructions found on the back of the card can be printed on anything that accommodates variable code printing. This makes our Music Rewards a great solution for on-pack promotions, direct mail and in-store gift-with-purchase campaigns.
